Seeking a Finishes Foreman, who will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, with a focus on finishes.

While experience in health projects is beneficial, we welcome individuals with expertise in finishes management from various backgrounds. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic company and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate finishes activities on construction sites, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage and schedule finishing tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets highquality standards.
  • Coordinate with other foremen and project managers to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on finished progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role.
  • Previous experience in health projects (preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of construction processes, finishes, and materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or related field.
