As a Finishes Foreman, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the driving force behind creating a positive site culture, where effective collaboration between subcontractors, and the project team is the key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and project success.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe work practices aligned with the construction program.
  • Plan and optimize the use of equipment and materials for efficient construction.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring they're ahead of the project schedule.
  • Take ownership of building methodology and the overall construction program.
  • Identify and resolve design or documentation issues in collaboration with the project team.
  • Implement Quality Assurance Inspection Reports to achieve specified quality standards.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and software for project tracking.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management preferred.
