Job Description Summary
To assist with desktop audits and the sub-contractor payments process within the nbn Unify services contract.
About the Role
o Perform desktop audits on works completed in the field
o Produce weekly subcontractor SOIPS and RCTIs
o Perform validation checks to ensure subcontractor claims are within agreed commercial and contractual parameters, liaising with subcontractors and Service Stream field personnel as necessary
o Act as central point with regard to subcontractor payment queries, providing prompt and professional responses and resolutions
o Perform adjustments to subcontractors payments as necessary, ensuring the right internal delegations of authority are in place for all approvals
o Evaluate and continually improve the subcontractor payment process, maintaining documentation
