You prioritise driving business through commerciality and have experience in managing costs, budgets, and rosters. As a strong communicator with influencing and negotiating skills, you have the with the ability to collaborate and engage cross-functional teams to drive the IKEA Food agenda.

**Your responsibilities**

As Unit Food Operations Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and coach the operations team in optimising and developing the IKEA Food business by securing the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people & planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.
- Formulate, lead and execute the department’s action plans alongside an overview of the store business plan.
- Secure processes and procedures to ensure quality of food, food safety, excellence in operations and reduce waste.
- Implement global and national compliance standards, managing the food supply chain and range competence within the store.
- Secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring quality and an appealing range presentation.

**Together as a team**

The IKEA Food Operations team ensures everything behind our food (including our world-famous meatballs and Daim cake), satisfies both our customers and co-workers. You will be leading a team with the primary focus in delivering an excellent customer shopping experience and ensure our customers and their stomachs are truly satisfied.

This opportunity is permanent, full-time, 76hrs/fortnight located at the IKEA North Lakes store.
