With more than 170 stores across Australia, we need your help to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality coffee and service to our loyal customers.

**What you bring to the team**
We’ll provide you with the support and training required to hit the ground running. We’re looking for a great attitude, maturity, ambition, & energy. If this sounds like you, we’d love to find the right opportunity in our team.

**Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Managing and handling coffee preparation
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance to recipe and presentation standards
- Excellent customer service and presentation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Assisting in training
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment

**Individual Attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience in hospitality
- Barista experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
- High attention to detail
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends (varied hours, approx. 25 - 38 hours/week)
