Melbourne, Australia Downer Group Full time

**A new name, a bright pathway ahead**

Part of Downer Group, our newly formed Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit brings amazing capability to the people of Australia and what matters most to them. We run hospitals, manage client data centres, we take asset management risk, and we are a trusted advisor and partner to our New Zealand and Australian Defence Forces. **Join us on the journey**

- Take full accountability to meet contractual obligations regarding timing and communication, ensuring that work-orders are closed within Contract KPIs.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and site files are complete, well-maintained, and accurately fed back to the business. This includes handling purchase orders, invoices, and payroll records to ensure the ongoing success and profitability of the contracts.
- Accurately process payroll information into the system, maintaining employee times for the contract.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the client and occupants of the contract.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contracts, with a particular focus on interpreting Performance Standards and their associated timeframes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience in a similar role performing high-level administration tasks in a contract environment.
- Excellent administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
- Sound knowledge of project costing and budgeting.
- Familiarity with purchasing & invoicing systems and Salesforce.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work well with others in a team.
- Proven ability to administer work orders and maintain accurate paperwork for Contract compliance.

More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.

**Why work for us?**

Working for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit, means being part of something new and exciting.
