Project Administrator

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project support team members the primary objectives are to perform, coordinate and oversee general commercial duties in support of Telecommunications projects by ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with client design requirements, Australian Standards and relevant legislative requirements.

Main responsibility of the role will be to provide administrative support to the project which includes; data entry, preparing reports and preparing communication to construction partners and suppliers while working across a variety of systems.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous work experience in administration within a large project based organisation
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and quantify large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Flexibility within role being able to adjust to any given task or situation.
