- The role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Merchandising Manager (Monetisation / Add-ons) - Product Strategy to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising our product assortment and driving new product development initiatives. Your responsibilities include analysing product performance, supporting New Product Development launches and collaborating with our editorial team to translate physical products into digital products.

You are resourceful, independent, and passionate about understanding consumer behaviour in a fast-moving, data-led decision-making environment. You'll also have the opportunity to take on project management responsibilities as you grow in the role.

What you’ll do
- Monitor and optimise assortment through product performance review, pricing, and promotion analysis.
- Assist the Senior Product Manager in executing product roadmap and promotional strategies.
- Support the team in building business cases, including financials, forecast and editorial requirements, to support product development.
- Drive New Product Development launches ensuring strict timeline adherence and project deliveries to enhance portfolio performance.
- Collaborate closely with our operations team to translate product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap.
- Lead fortnightly meetings to assess portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure physical products translate well digitally for a great customer experience.
- Support the improvement of our HelloFresh and EveryPlate menus, liaising with the Customer Insights, Analytics, Operations, Menu Planning and Culinary teams
- Contribute to the company's success through innovation and fresh thinking to create products that customers love

What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, and/or in product management, development or customer strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change.
- Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
- Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
- Experience using HelloFresh or EveryPlate is a plus
