**About the role**

As the Skills Teams Implementation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and overseeing the service delivery and operational plans. You will implement key strategies and processes as part of the TAFE NSW Strategic and Operational Plans.

You will be at the forefront of course-level planning, resource optimisation, efficiency monitoring, and productivity enhancement.

Your primary focus? Guaranteeing the smooth and efficient delivery of training services within the dynamic TAFE Digital environment.

Travel between western Sydney campuses may be required.

**About You**

Are you driven to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, providing high-level expertise and advice?

Your ability to connect with teams and stakeholders, delivering impactful business outcomes, is key. With strong analytical skills and a talent for data insights, were seeking a strategic thinker to join us in implementing innovative educational training solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

Experience as a Head Teacher is highly preferred.

**To be successful in this role you will require the following essential criteria**:

- An appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent, coupled with relevant vocational and/or industrial experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in supporting the implementation of complex programs within private or public sector education and training organizations is crucial for consideration in this role
