Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Benefits Specialist (International) to ensure the smooth operation of their benefit programs across the APAC region. **What will you be doing?**

Reporting to the Director, International Benefits, the Benefits Analyst (International) will be responsible to:

- Coordinate with brokers/vendors on renewals, RFPs, benchmarking and survey participation
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Payroll, HRIS, People Team, Legal, Procurement, IT Security and Finance) on renewals, benefit program implementations and other areas related to benefits administration.
- Identify, assess, and analyze gaps and deficiencies in their current offerings and administration process, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop policies and communications that highlight and educate employees on their benefits programs.

- Many years of experience with strategy and implementation of **HR **benefits in a large matrixed company across APAC**:

- Demonstrate being strong at bringing experience leading or project managing the successful delivery of relevant major projects, such as launches of benefits or recognition initiatives.
- Solid experience in leading project-based work and managing interdependencies between various partners, using a consistent and clear project management framework.
- Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
- This company is massive, you can work anywhere in Australia (hybrid role)
- Salary guidelines are $100,000 - $120,000 + super (full-time fixed term contract).

- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying annual leave and public holidays, with the view of converting into FTE.
