**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in the processing of transactions across multiple business units including:

- Preparation of Accounts Payable vouchers
- Supporting the Timesheet Administrator on tracking timesheet submissions and arranging corrections
- Arranging the issue and cancellation of corporate credit cards
- Verifying the accuracy of credit card transaction reports completed by cardholders
- Preparing customer invoices
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in relation to overdue debtors
- Provide support in responding to queries from auditors and internal stakeholders
- Participate in month-end close activities

**About you**:

- Experience working in a corporate finance function
- Knowledge of systems for capturing time, recording supplier invoices, acquitting credit card expenses, and online banking
- Ability to work as an effective team member in a professional environment
- Willingness to constantly update knowledge in a dynamic environment

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens to be eligible for Defence clearance.
