**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a Field Operative who lives in the Altona and surrounding areas to join the team. In this role, you will be working within a team to give back to your community by providing a range of maintenance, cleaning services, and installation of advertising posters on the oOh’s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters and retail) working a 38-hour week Monday - Friday out of our Port Melbourne. The hours of this role start time will vary from 5:30 am on wards.

**Your duties will cover**:

- Cleaning of all bus and train shelters and other assets within your designated area ( insecticide/weed killing, glass clean up, general cleanliness)
- Graffiti removal and minor repairs
- Fortnightly posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout that fortnight
- Securing potentially hazardous sites
- Monitoring and reporting of damages and faults
- 100% adherence to strict policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicle, uniform, and all equipment provided.

**What we will give to you to be successful**:

- 2 weeks of full training and induction will be provided where you will learn the ropes buddying with an experienced team member.

- Flexibility to work on-call and after hours work if you want to

**About you**
- Enjoy working outdoors, confident working around traffic and the public
- Excellent work ethic and time management, with planning and organisational skills
- Using your initiative while working with mínimal supervision
- A full and valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong customer focused skills
- Flexible to work on-call at times
- Good communication skills and the ability to utilize mobile technology
- Ability to work in a team and also by yourself
- Ability to use basic power tools
