**Requirements**:
The Online and Collaboration Section within this Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced SharePoint Governance Manager to join their team.

**Duty statement**:

- Identify and assemble relevant stakeholders across the organisation to form the governance group.
- Effectively engage with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives for SharePoint Online.
- Develop and implement governance policies, procedures and frameworks for SharePoint Online (with view of the broader Microsoft 365 suite).
- Develop and implement a strategy for ongoing engagement and management of SharePoint Online governance.

**Essential criteria**
- 3+ year experience delivering governance for digital or collaboration products/platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal).
