**About the team**:

- Sharepoint support and project delivery
- Ongoing management, support and development of the ServiceNow platform

To be successful, you will:

- Have a minimum of 3 years Sharepoint experience including Sharepoint 2016 (on premise) patching and maintenance
- Experience configuring Sharepoint Online (0365) using out of the box components will be well regarded
- Experience with Sharepoint Online ‘modern’ is an advantage
- SharePoint Development customisation capability using React and Front End Technologies is desirable
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a professional, responsive and reliable manner
- Have personal drive, sound judgement, discretion, integrity, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

**What you will do**:
As a Sharepoint Administrator you will:

- Actively participate in the day to day management / sustainment and continuous improvement of our Sharepoint implementations. These support our intranet and document management systems.
- Work with the records management team to support the records management system
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders, including senior executive in relation to the support of our Sharepoint environments
- Develop and maintain support documentation including knowledge management and operational processes
- Work with our partners and internal stakeholders to onboard new assignments, including participating in the scoping incoming requests, process mapping and identifying process complexity.
- Provide support, including patching to our Sharepoint 2016
- Assist in building and developing our internal support capability
- Some out of hours work may be required from time to time. There is no regular on-call work required.
