Farris Care Services is looking for a skilled and proactive Service Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our dedicated support workers. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensuring optimal staffing solutions and exceptional service delivery in alignment with our clients' needs.

**About the Role**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our team, managing the scheduling of support workers and ensuring that we deliver seamless, high-quality service to our clients. Your role will involve direct coordination of shift coverage, mentoring and supporting other service coordinators, and working closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive staff rosters, ensuring efficient shift coverage and service delivery.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and oversee shift changes, maintaining seamless service continuity.
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and support to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment and industry regulations in all scheduling activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain accurate working hour records.
- Identify areas for process improvement in rostering and staff management.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and support coordinators to effectively coordinate participant and staff schedules.
- Foster strong communication and relationships with NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in scheduling or roster management, project coordination, customer service management, logistics coordination, or related roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and compliance checks including a WWCC, Criminal Record Check, and NDIS Screening Check.

**Pay**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
