**The Role**

The Memorial is undergoing a period of significant change, operating under modified arrangements associated with a complex, multi-year major construction and gallery development project.

To ensure the Memorial is well positioned to effectively deliver and operate the new galleries from late 2024, the Corporate Management Group initiated a business transformation program to plan for transitioning to the new work environment, as well as reviewing the current operating model to reflect a more contemporary organisation.

Working to the Transition Project Director, the Project Support Officer will play an integral role in the delivery of strategic business improvements. As part of a small team, the Project Support Officer will have a ‘hands on’ role in business analysis and mapping, change management, and the development of communication resources. The role will also provide administrative support to the Transition Working Group.

**Core Responsibilities**

Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Memorial Values and Behaviours and as varied from time to time to achieve Memorial objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

- Contribute to the delivery of change management initiatives to ensure awareness and readiness for operational changes associated with the Development Project and other projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, spreadsheets, registers, and meeting agendas and minutes.
