**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Technology Infrastructure, the API and Integration Manager is a leadership role, focusing on managing and leading the API and Integration team,

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Lead and manage the team of engineers to deliver core 24/7 API and integration services across all areas of the Fund (locally and internationally).
- Provide technical direction in all aspects of integration engineering from design through implementation, with a strong focus on pattern-based engineering.
- Lead the team in delivering resilient, high-performance design, implementation, and operational management and support for the Azure-hosted Fund Integration Platform, including management of build and configuration activities, monitoring and alerting, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements for new integrations and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose and aligned to standards and patterns.
- Ensure that the architecture, design, and relevant implementation of technology solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability.
- Ensure that designs, patterns, standards exist and are actively managed, maintained and are up to date for the integration platform. Lead the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund’s Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund’s Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.

**What you’ll need**:

- 5+ years’ experience in technology management roles, with a proven track-record of success in leadership positions.
- 10+ years’ experience working in medium to large IT environments.
- Highly developed leadership and people management capabilities, including developing high-performing, sustainable teams and culture, driving performance and behavioral outcomes.
- through others, demonstrating empathy and creating followership.
- Experience in technical positions, including integration engineering and development of logic apps, function apps, and APIs, ideally in a complex, technical environment.
- Experience working with Azure Public Cloud services, designing and building cloud solutions using IaaS and PaaS services, in an IaC environment.
- Excellent and demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of integration platforms and services.
- Advanced experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions. Experience in a fast-growing technology function or company.
