Executive Leadership Position

**The Role**

The Head of School (6 - 12) is a member of the School Executive who provides the strategic direction and
leadership across Trinity Christian School in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the
School’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service.

The Head of School (6 - 12) has responsibility for the strategic and day to day leadership of the Middle
School and Senior Schools within a Biblical framework. They lead the Middle School and Senior School staff
including the Faculty, Studies and Wellbeing Coordinators. The Head of School (6 - 12) may represent the
Principal in special circumstances.

This role has responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of a rich and invigorating
Christian learning and academic care experience for students in the Middle School and Senior Schools. All
day-to-day operations and administration of the Middle School and Senior Schools come under this role.

The Head of School (6 - 12) is a full-time Position of Responsibility (Assistant Principal - Secondary
Combined 601-900) and will undertake a 0.25FTE teaching load in the School. The position will commence
in Term 4 2023 or by negotiation.
