**The organisation**

B&K Consulting is a boutique recruitment company which specializes in recruiting roles in the wealth management industry. We have been operating for 14 years and have a team of 11 people from a wide range of backgrounds, bonded by a shared cultural alignment. We are currently recruiting for a new consultant, to recruit permanent roles in the Wealth Management and Investments industry. We recruit roles across Product, Distribution, Risk and Operations and have a strong reputation in our space, with a number of preferred client relationships and many other strong client relationships.

**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Business Development - growing your brand and B&K Consulting's through proactive client work
- Account Management - where relevant taking a strategic, relationship based approach to build on existing/ new clients
- Training & Mentoring - as well as receiving training, if you are an experienced consultant then we'd hope you could also mentor, train and develop others in the team

**Traits required**
- Individuals who enjoy working in a small team environment and are naturally proactive in nature
- Solutions based thinking and an ability to see the big picture and your desk as a business unit
- A great listener
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
