Employal is an award winning boutique recruitment agency based in Sydney, specialising in temp and perm manufacturing and supply chain recruitment.

With a strong focus on delivering exceptional talent solutions to our clients across the country, we're committed to making a significant impact in the industry.

Our team of five has recently expanded, and we're looking for a go-getter and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join us.


Position Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at Employal, you'll play a crucial role in both recruitment and business development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hungry to achieve targets, earn competitive commissions, and contribute to our company's growth and team culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top talent within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client base
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Collaborate with the team to provide optimal recruitment solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets

Experience / must have's

  • Proven experience in recruitment and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain industries is a plus
  • Own transport to visit clients across Sydney metro

Location / hours


You have the option to work from our Surry Hills office or remotely, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance.

We are open to 4 days a week arrangement and working hours are flexible between 7:30am-6:30pm
