**About the position**

Reporting to the ASPAC Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting multiple projects with administrative, scheduling and documentation activities on business cases, project charters, project plans, organising and chairing meetings & minutes and maintaining status reports for stakeholders.

Activities include:

- Support preparation of business cases and CAPEX requests as required
- Help prepare and report on budgets
- Working with local finance and management teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Coordinating project schedules, project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Ensuring that local requirements are aligned to our standard ways of operating
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Establish, maintain and manage risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Previous experience coordinating a Finance Transformation project
- Ideally CPA/CA qualified
- Workday experience preferable
