**The role**

You'll secure a permanent, full-time opportunity that will incorporate wide-ranging legal secretarial and legal admin duties.

This is a newly created opportunity to work directly with Partners in the firm's CDR firm.

You'll join the firm in a senior level support role and have direct responsibility for the administration management around large, high-profile litigation matters. You'll work with a collegiate team of experienced peers and access to support from a team of administrators.

Your day will be varied and include responsibility for document/file management, secretarial support including transcription and edits, PA support around meetings and events, and CRM management. You'll also work closely with the firm's other business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure that your team can fully focus on their legal work.

All in all, this is a well-rounded legal support position that will use both your legal secretarial, admin and EA skills.

**About you**

To be considered for the role you will offer**:

- at least three years experience in a similar role;
- your experience will have been gained in a professional services environment where you will have worked on litigation matters for a commercial clients base;
- experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably;
