Are you passionate about driving successful change initiatives and making a significant impact on the customer experience? We are now seeking a highly motivated Change Manager to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our clients' Customer Technology Uplift (CTU) project.
As the Change Manager, you will collaborate closely with the project team, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless preparation, launch, embedding, and amplification of CTU. Leveraging new ways of leading change and lean change processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and maximising the benefits of this transformative initiative.
**Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team, leaders, and stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies for the Customer Technology Uplift project.
- Utilise new ways of leading change and lean change processes to effectively
- Manage the transition and ensure successful adoption of CTU.
- Document best practices and lessons learned in a Playbook to guide future change efforts within the organisation.
- Work closely with an EPiC Agile Coach to support the establishment of teams and the implementation of new ways of working.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess change readiness, and develop targeted communication and engagement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that change management activities are aligned with project milestones and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organisation.
**Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in technology-driven projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in developing and executing change management plans, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile and lean change processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and navigate through ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
