**About the Role**:

As Manager of Corporate Services, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize multiple critical areas of the business including, finance, HR, safety, quality assurance, risk & compliance, IT, legal & contracts, which will be crucial components for the overall success and growth of the company. It is envisaged you will be a commercially astute self starter, who can identify new opportunities and has a continuous improvement mindset. As this is family business, a hands-on approach and a willingness and desire to chip in and get things done are essential requirements.

**Duties**:

- Financial management, including monitoring cash flow, expenses & budget variances
- Preparation of weekly monthly and annual financial reports for the executive team
- Manage relationships with Vendors & Suppliers
- Oversee HR related functions & obligations
- Safety and Quality Assurance Support
- IT Support and Coordination
- Assist the legal team in managing contracts & legal documentation in relation to financial obligations
- Lead and manage internal teams, developing a flexible and collaborative team environment

**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate services, finance, legal or risk and compliance
- A track record of providing strategic and operational leadership in an SME environment
- Demonstrated experience managing risk and compliance
- Ability to oversee the efficient and effective operation of all financial management functions including month end reporting, budgeting and end of year reports.
- An understanding of HR, payroll and modern award compliance obligations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven, with a high level of commercial acumen
- An analytical mind and high level problem-solving ability
- Highly computer literate in MS Office, Accounting & CRM’s
- MUST have full Australian working rights
