This position provides operational leadership across the Early Resolution Team (‘ERT’) and will develop and maintain a highly effective team and continual improvement through fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace in a challenging and dynamic environment. The Principal Officer, Early Resolution will have an enthusiastic professional attitude, performance orientation, resilient nature, and understand the Ombudsman Act 1973 (Vic).

The Victorian Ombudsman is seeking to employ a **VPS 6.1 Principal Officer - Early Resolution Team** who can work with the Statutory Functions team to provide operational leadership across the Early Resolution Team (‘ERT').

**Available opportunities**:

- VPS 6.1
- $127,467 - $149,024 per annum
- plus 10.5% employer superannuation contribution
- Flexibility to work onsite and from home
