**About the role**

Talent Solutions is looking for an RPO Program Manager to join their high performing, fast paced team working with our client,** **Australia’s most trusted and respected logistics partner in North Sydney.

As an RPO Program Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing the operational activities and contractual compliance, the relevant cost centre’s profitability and leading the team delivering the solution. This role will lead a team of 5 onsite Recruitment Business Partners across Melbourne and Adelaide and 2 offshore Recruitment Support Officers filling permanent blue (70%) and white collar (30%) roles.

**As leader of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead this RPO recruitment team to a level of operational excellence, and be driven to continuously improve their service offering
- Participate in periodic operations / service reviews and ensure that business performance and service delivery comply with contractual and legislative requirements
- Work directly with the client’s contract owner, HR Division and Procurement Manager as required
- Drive your recruitment team to act as strategic partners with deep expertise, consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for ensuring that workforce-planning meetings are conducted with client base to facilitate ManpowerGroup’s ability to meet the client’s expectation
- Coach, mentor and develop recruitment team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity through regular team meetings and 1:1s.
- Develop your team to work confidently and effectively with the Hiring Managers to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies
- Monthly invoicing and regularly checking the recruitment team is on track
- Provide and continue to build recruitment metrics, accurate reporting and forecasting
- Adhoc reporting
- As a hands-on leader you will also recruit our client's leadership and complex/hard to fill roles
- Engage with training organisations, universities, clubs and forums to assist with pipeline building
- Keep up to date with market intelligence and insights to stay competitive

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Significant strategic experience managing an RPO and or MSP Program

- Develop high-level relationships with client decision makers at the Director and Executive level while concurrently establishing influence at the operational levels of an organisation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- A passion to be always striving to run the best program possible
- Previous staff management experience
