**About The Role**:
As Hydraulink Franchise Network Performance Manager - NSW/ACT, you will play an integral role in supporting new and existing Franchise Network Partners (FNP) to ensure their business is operating and performing smoothly. Alongside this you will assist with amplifying the companies market reach through the recruitment of new Franchise Network Partners (FNP).
Based at our Head Office in Smithfield this role reports to the National Franchise and Network Manager. You will get to work alongside a close-knit, supportive and fun team of people who are passionate about our company, our products and our customers.
Some occasional interstate travel to East Coast locations may be required to participate in various meetings, conferences, exhibitions, supplier meetings and FNP functions and initiatives.

**About You**:
We are looking for a self-starter and dynamic business leader with the following skills:

A strategic thinker that can make quick decisions in order to respond to changes in the market or within the franchise network partner.
A passion for great customer service with excellent problem-solving skills.
As a change leader, you are able to be creative and innovative when selling, coaching or influencing decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supporting our FNP’s - from initial enquiry through to onboarding and ongoing support.
Conducting monthly reviews in partnership with FNPs to cover all core business disciplines and ensure all compliance obligations are met.
Leading the performance of your designated FNPs and working collaboratively with them to grow their business.
To increase sales productivity by improving FNP customer conversions and maximising selling opportunities.
Observe and report events that may influence FNP performance, including marketing, sales and business activities, then clearly and quickly identifying any problems and assist to find solutions.
**Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant industry sector is an advantage.
Experience with sales and lead generation.
Knowledge of contracts and legal documents, specifically franchise documents.
Strong understanding of the Franchise Code of Conduct, the role of the Franchise Council of Australia, and how this relates to the obligations between Franchisor and Franchisee.
Strong IT skills including experience with a CRM and the ability use the suite of Microsoft office tools.
Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
