You will focus on project and/or design management to own and deliver projects and bring fresh ideas to enhance the way we work. **What will I do?**
- Liaise with internal and external teams to take a lead on coordination activities;
- Assist in the delivery a strong pipeline of interesting and varied road and infrastructure projects;
- Lead the delivery of design projects covering client liaison, team organisation, quality management, programming and cost control;
- Accountable for significant and complex activities or projects. This will require you to be responsible for predicting and planning future resources; and
- Responsible for scheduling work to meet deadlines, monitoring budgets and resourcing and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets.

**What will I bring?**
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field including significant industry experience in Design Management for complex projects within a consulting business environment;
- Familiar in the production of concept and detailed design drawings, reports and specifications for infrastructure projects;
- Comfortable on leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects and developing less-experienced engineers and project/design managers;
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines; and
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and desire to excel.
