**Our Program**

Our Graduate Pathways Program is a **two-year program** designed to **empower** you as you transition into the nursing field.
- **First Year**: You will receive comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition into the professional world. We understand the challenges that come with starting your career, and we are here to guide you every step of the way. Through tailored mentorship and practical experience, we will empower you to excel in your clinical practice and gain the confidence needed to thrive in the field.
- **Second Year**: you'll transition into your substantive role while simultaneously exploring a variety of development streams that align with your interests and aspirations. We offer supported postgraduate study options to further enrich your expertise, equipping you with the necessary tools to shape your own learning journey.

**Specialties & Rotations Available**

Working as a Mental Health Graduate Nurse you will provide support to individuals on their path to recovery, or rotate across specialized rotations within Mental Health. There will be opportunity to work in specialty areas such as depression, anxiety, substance misuse and addiction.

**About You**
- You are passionate about nursing and eager to develop your career and skills
- You have completed or are towards the end of completing your Nursing or Midwifery degree (Diploma or Bachelors)
- You have full working rights in Australia.
- You meet the requirements to become an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to your commencement.

The multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals offer unique support to patients that fosters a calm and caring environment thereby optimising the road to recovery. Ramsay Clinic Adelaide is also involved in funding research and supporting ongoing evaluation and outcomes studies in Psychiatric care.
