**Overview**:
As Bid Writer, you will be integral to the growth strategy, crafting compelling proposals that showcase their expertise and secure valuable contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, analyse, and interpret bid documents to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights for proposal content.
- Write and edit persuasive, tailored proposals highlighting the organisation's strengths and value proposition.
- Develop and communicate winning strategies to present solutions as the ideal choice for the client.
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Continuously refine proposal templates and content based on feedback and lessons learned.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance proposal quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and formatting.
- Strategic thinking to identify key differentiators and develop winning proposal strategies.
- Previous experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a related fields is desirable.
