We are employing casual Maintenance Officers (Handypersons) to complete general repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for a Residential Aged Care client located in Minto NSW.

This role would suit someone who has good all-round trade knowledge and skills, can do a bit of this and a bit of that and who has a can do attitude.

Primary duties include:

- General repairs (installing or repairing basic hardware, patching and painting)
- Some grounds work (pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
- Preventative maintenance (schedule checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)

Selection criteria:

- Similar previous experience (trade, handyperson, maintenance, DIY)
- Knowledge of WHS requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transport and a licence
- National Criminal History Check (must provide)
- Be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (must provide Covid 19 Vaccination digital certificate)
