As our Hotel continues to grow we're looking for a** Team Leader The Conservatory Restaurant**

**About the role**

As part of the F&B leadership team, you will be leading the Conservatory tea to deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touch point & executing the daily F&B operations flawlessly.

You'll manage your shift to drive team engagement, people management, guest feedback & problem resolution, brand & cleanliness standards.

**Skills and experience**
- 1+ years experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage. Experience working in a Restaurant, Banquet or Events operations would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of hotel operations is desirable
- Proven ability to lead & develop a team, improve guest satisfaction & maintain standards
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
- You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
