**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Manager - Customer Service & Support, your main role and responsibilities will include:
- Daily internal and external liaison with brokers, underwriters and other financial service professionals.
- Back-end processing of loans, repayments, and terminations of finances.
- Calculations of customer loans and timeframes around repayments and special offers.
- Ad-hoc customer service responsibilities as requested by the managers.
