We are one of Sydney’s leading residential construction companies working across Sydney and the Central coast. We specialise in a diverse range of residential construction projects.

Our business is expanding, we now require a dynamic and talented Area Supervisor to join our motivated team. You will be championing multiple projects across all areas of residnetial construction which will include Townhouses, custom homes, duplex, project style homes and low rise units.

Your responsabilities include;
- Schedule and manage subcontractors
- Schedule and mange material deliveries
- Prepare regulary reports to the construction manager
- Monitor progress of project against milestones and budget
- Review/monitor target programme weekly, monthly, as appropriate
- Champion each project handover on time.
- Making sure the site in OHS compliant.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Delegate responsibilities on site to ensure quality control process and procedures are integrated into work activities and job responsibilities.
- Ensure non-conformances are recorded and corrective actions initiated.
- Analyse project documentation to ensure that construction projects meet design specifications.
- The ability to positively represent the company and actively contribute to the division’s overall efficiency.
- Manage client’s expectations for the project through understanding and considering impact on client when communicating realistic project expectations to clients.

All applicants are required to maintain a current NSW drivers' licence to fulfil their job requirements.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
