The Role

  • Site Supervisor – focusing on a major Data Centre project in excess of $1bn
  • Working on a range of Commercial projects throughout Sydney – Initial project will be a major Data Centre in the Huntingwood area of Sydney
  • Keeping the project to programme or improving delivery times
  • Managing sub-contractors in an effective and collaborative manner
  • Safety is paramount – so making sure a strong culture of OHS exists within the team

The Person

  • Ideally you will come from a carpentry trade background and show a passion for the building sector.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on major projects with good all-round structures, finishes and fit-out exposure.
  • Demonstrated Tier 1 or 2 employment longevity – This is a long-term role and we are looking for people who have shown loyalty and consistency in past roles in the industry.
  • You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with management as well as with the sub-contractors on site.
  • You will be tech-savvy and have used computers to assist your day to day activities
  • You should have plenty of initiative and be goal-oriented keen to work as a team and have the drive to get the project done on time and to budget.
