Our Delivery Transformation Team looks to enable our amazing people to successfully execute the Optus strategy by redefining, optimising and simplifying how we deliver work in Optus.

This is done through embedding enduring cultural change to uplift delivery capability, people engagement and simplified delivery model, remove impediments, streamline, and automate delivery processes based on delivery context.

The Delivery Process Optimisation Manager will work collaboratively across multiple delivery teams and will be responsible for the delivery of key Business initiatives to support the Delivery Transformation, such as the Blocker Board.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execution and maintenance of the Delivery Blocker Board and related processes to ensure it lifts the voice of our customers and drive employee delivery experience improvements across all of Optus.
- Producing regular reports and updates to ensure contributors, stakeholders and the wider business are engaged with the program and aware of the progress.
- Monitor various internal sites / intranets for comments and respond or refer to the relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of End to End Delivery Transformation
- Forge strong internal relationships across the Delivery community.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Background of either being a Project Coordination / Project Manager / Scrum Master.
- Capable of tracking down and engaging the appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to understand the business need and their requirements.
- Excellent communicator, highly organised and has an eye for detail.
- Confident and expert leading requirements, ideation and solutioning workshops with various stakeholders.
- Is a natural problem solver, proactive, analytical mindset, and out-of-the-box thinker who can always find opportunities from challenges.
- Strong understanding of different agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
