Our client are a performance driven apparel company, creating product that caters for all levels of athlete across their entire athlete journey or Preparing, Performing and Recovering.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working to an inline pre-production schedule set by the Product Development Manager, and custom sampling timelines set by Senior Designer & Product Developer
- Ensuring pre-production samples are signed off in time to hit production factory exit dates.
- Working back from PP sign off dates, ensuring size sets are protos are approved in time.
- Flagging any delays with Product Development Manager, and problem solving with suppliers.
- Assist with block selection.
- Advise on garment construction.
- Creating the size specs including tolerances and grading, following established standards.
- Engage with designers in the design and development phase.
- Tech pack creation with Designers.
- Conduct all fit meetings for category and decisions agreed to in consultation with Designer.
- Deciding which pre-production garment samples are required for each style - size sets, next protos etc.
- Ensure approvals, all technical information and specifications are completed accurately and in accordance with timeline expectations.
- Issue sample comments to suppliers.
- Responsible for Pre-production sample sign off and the handover to production and QA departments.
- Making decisions on when you require another sample and what can be actioned in production, ordering top/pre-ship samples.
- Assist with wash testing (whole team sharing this responsibility).
- Care labelling - responsible for the artwork, quality, and positioning of care labelling.
- Wear testing for general feedback to utilise samples received.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Clear understanding of the production process and critical paths.
- Strong knowledge on construction, pattern making, grading, technical fit, and quality workmanship.
- Qualification in QA fashion/garment technology and/or work experience in a related industry.
- Strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Positive work attitude with flexibility to work in a fast-paced and often changing work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage time effectively.
- Strong Software and technical capability, with PLM systems, 3D design and pattern making software experience beneficial.
- Experienced GT with construction knowledge who has worked with Design teams and form an apparel, athleisure, or technical apparel.
- Clear Verbal and written communication.
- Effective time management with the ability to meet timelines.
- Work with an environment with conflicting priorities and adapt working style to meet changing needs.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage internal and external relationships.
