As a Senior Product Developer at Witchery, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Developers to drive product development and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Product Developers to deliver quality products at or exceeding cost targets and executing to design aesthetic.
  • Adhere to critical path timelines and alert key stakeholders to any potential issues or delays.
  • Work with mills and vendors on new yarn developments in line with the needs of the business.
  • Communicate with factories to ensure go-to-market calendar is managed on-time and delivery is of a high quality.
  • Liaise with brand stakeholders and seek consistency where appropriate between Product Development & Sourcing.
  • Drive costing process with suppliers and deliver viable cost solutions to internal partners.
  • Deliver results and make a positive impact on the brand and people.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Fashion/Textiles or equivalent tertiary design qualification.
  • Previous Senior Product Technician experience in apparel.
  • Fabric knowledge and garment construction is required.
  • Exposure to Adobe suite and PLM highly regarded.
  • Ability to lead and drive teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Detail oriented & accountable to deliverables.
