The Delivery Services Learning Coordinator will be responsible for executing the strategy for learning and development initiatives that support the business objectives. You will help drive the development of training best practices and standards, enable implementation across the network and share results with all operations leaders. The leader is responsible for helping new leaders to implement standard work practices and improve Safety, Quality, and Performance results.

Through the learning team, this position will design and facilitate training initiatives and policies to new and existing leaders to ensure AU Delivery Services performance goals are met and exceeded. As a Leader Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of innovative and scalable learning & development programs for the Australia Delivery Services Network, with the role reporting into the AU Delivery Services L&TD Manager.

**Description**

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
- Work strategically with the ACES Org to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for additional Adhoc training.
- Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement
- Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key leader training processes and activities across the network focusing on change management
- Develop our training strategy for leaders across all levels from beginner and expertise levels of experience
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis
- Organize and deliver the instructor-led onboarding experience for L4-L6 leaders.
- Create an engaging learner experience using various training strategies and adult learning methodologies as measured through associate feedback and post-training surveys.
- Measure, assess, and document trainee performance, attendance, and competency levels throughout the Academy experience through formalized mechanisms.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement through proactive identification of content, process, and efficiency gaps.
- Demonstrate learn and be curious when presented new and/or modified content, technology, and standard work expectations.

**Profile**

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Management/ Process Training / Learning and Development Experience
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre, Human Resources or Professional Organization
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrates expertise in learning content development
- Mastery in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with content development and design
- Ability to clearly communicate complex information and to effectively motivate small and large groups
- Basic leadership skills and coaching and mentoring experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LMS and LRS tools
- Experience with basic instructional design and content design tools
- Knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting
- In-depth knowledge & experience in performance evaluation and driving metrics
- Experience in facilitating training
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced an changing environments
- Willingness to work different shifts and travel within a localized region to support other sites
- Understanding of Delivery Station and Sort Centre processes and flow

- Rate: $36.06 p/h
- Location: Tullamarine
- Contract Type: Casual contract - 6 weeks outlook between 18/08/23 to 30/09/23
