**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive person to coordinate and oversee Section administrative duties, while providing high level support to the Operations Support Manager and Lead Team in an efficient and timely manner.

**What the role will offer**:

- Coordinate and perform administration support across the Section
- Creation of correspondence including ministerial related activities
- Lead team scheduling and diary management
- Event coordination
- Business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring compliance with corporate processes
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key stakeholders and committees as required

**Key skills and experience**:

- Considerable administrative and support experience in a similar role within a large multifunctional organisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships, and sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Sound computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with ease
