- Provide financial and business support for the Reliability Sections.
- Providing procurement and reporting services to manage the administration function at the Shenton Park office.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards.
- Delivers an effective range of business services to ICA and AMSI, including: Section financial reporting support (e.g. CADO reporting, workshop and stores reporting).
- Provide daily procurement services, advice and support to staff and external suppliers.
- Process & upload employee information and timesheets.
- Manage all administrative and financial support to the team leaders, and staff of AMSI and ICA
- Responsible for processing of SAP transactions, including reporting for Team Leaders.
- Responsible for purchase order management for AMSI and ICA, including approval of invoices for payment.
- Responsible for coordinating administration for accommodation, training and procurement for the AMSI and ICA.
- Back-up reception service for the Water Corporation Shenton Park site including induction of visitors when required.
- Support the Administration Assistant to manage and report building maintenance issues with Corporate Real Estate.

**Requirements of the Job**:

- Knowledge of Water Corporation systems; SAP, E-Procurement (desirable).
- Post-Secondary qualification in finance, commerce, or business studies.
- Considerable experience in providing a broad range of business, financial and people processing administration support in a commercially focused business environment.
- Previous experience in administration role in a large organization.
- Previous experience in purchasing and credit card reconciliation.
- Considerable experience in procurement and contract policies, procedures and systems.
- Has the ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Exercises well developed time management and multi-tasking abilities.
