**About the role**:
You are a skilled leader with a passion for driving great organisational culture from a strong social justice, equality, and human rights framework. With a background in therapeutic practice, policy, and strategy development, you are a capable change maker and project manager with experience in a health setting. If you want to make a real difference to an organisational culture and drive mental health system innovation and transformation that centres lived and living experiences in the State of Victoria, then the Collaborative Centre is the place for you.
In this role you will oversee a small team and work collaboratively to lead the development and successful implementation of various culture-building, diversity, and inclusion initiatives at the Collaborative Centre so that we reflect the communities we serve. 
The role is central to the fostering of a trauma-informed, safe, and growth-minded organisational architecture. The role will model and mentor exemplar intersectional, anti-oppressive, human right's focussed practice and help support a foundational value of the Collaborative Centre to embed lived and living experience at the heart of what we do.

**About us**:
The Collaborative Centre is a Victorian statutory authority, led by a skills-based board who report to the Minister for Mental Health. The Collaborative Centre will drive ground-breaking change to Victoria's mental health and wellbeing system, so that people receive mental health and wellbeing support when, where and how they may want it. **How you'll make a difference**:
The Collaborative Centre is in a period of rapid growth and is seeking a passionate and skilled Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion specialist to join our team. The Manager Culture, Diversity and Inclusion will oversee a small team and work collaboratively to lead the development and successful implementation of various culture-building, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

**Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate**:
Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as public health, social work, psychology or health services management.
