THE ROLE
The role will lead all aspects diversity and inclusion and collaborate across People and Culture and the organisation to embed inclusion through all policy, programs and systems. You will support and elevate the voice of diverse employees, diverse staff community of practice and build strong respectful relationships across the department and the broader Victorian Public Service.

- A person from a diverse background experience leading diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives?
- Committed to improving the health, safety and wellbeing of diverse employees?
- Capable of forming strong relationships across an organisation to build diversity and inclusion capability?
- Able to work in complexity and support the department to deliver innovative and culturally responsive services?
