**About the Role**
- Key responsibilities of this position include (but not limited to): _
- Build key member strategies based on reporting outcomes across multiple departments
- Planning and coordinating member retention events and activities in conjunction with the sales and marketing team. i.e. Attend and Win promotion.
- Assisting the Sports and Marketing Coordinator with producing eye catching marketing material that will assist in the retention and acquisition of members for Glen Eira Leisure.
- Guide and manage the Membership experience team.
- Develop the roster and provide guidance and training for the Membership Experience team.

- To be considered for this role, you must have:_
- Experience in organising and coordinating events (desirable)
- Experience in leading a team
- Current knowledge of social networking trends
- Experience in the delivery of high-quality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Current CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)

Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) is one of Australia's premier Sports and Aquatic Centres that features state of the art aquatics, fitness, sports, rehabilitation, wellness, café and occasional care facilities. Carnegie Swim Centre (CSC) is a seasonal outdoor pool which has been servicing the community for over 60 years. Caulfield Recreation Centre (CRC) is a fully equipped gym which offers personal training and group fitness classes. With over 1.7 million attendances annually, these popular facilities are widely used by the local and regional community
