About the role
Reporting to the Judicial Service Delivery Coordinator (JSDC), this role is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks related to the work of the Judicial Staff Coordinators (JSCs).
Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Senior JAS Officer you will be responsible for the following:

- Perform routine and general administrative functions in a timely manner, including but not limited to; word processing, data entry, responding to enquiries.
- Collaborate with the JSCs and JSDC to identify processes that need administrative support including contract extensions, recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, and exit processes for judicial support staff.
- Support JSCs to perform a range of activities, including interview coordination and meeting room preparation, standard correspondence, and records maintenance.
- Offer support in ensuring judicial support staff are prepared for circuit travel and their needs are supported effectively and efficiently.
