- An exciting opportunity exists to work within the Associate Judges Chambers of the Supreme Court of Victoria. The position provides administrative and paralegal support to a range of judicial chambers, in particular, judicial registrar court lists. The position plays an important part across chambers in the day-to-day legal administration of various chambers as required.
- The VPSG3 Judicial Support Administration Officer is an ongoing role available now
Duties include:
- Assisting in preparation for hearings (including virtual)
- Drafting and actioning routine legal documents/correspondence
- Liaising with Court staff, the public and the profession
- Accurate electronic document management
- Assisting various chambers with routine administration
