Judicial Administrative Support (JAS) Officer will support the Senior Judicial Administrative Support Officer in the efficient and effective execution of their administrative and operational tasks for the JSCs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and general administrative functions in a timely manner, including but not limited to answering telephones, word processing, data entry and filing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels, across the Court as directed.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Judicial Administrative Support Officer, by assisting in the processes relating to contract extensions, recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, and exit processes for judicial support staff.
- Under direction, perform a range of activities, including interview coordination and meeting room preparation, standard correspondence and records maintenance.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Undertakes finely detailed work in a precise and accurate manner.
- Cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve work plan and goals
- Previous experience in a similar role within State Government is highly desired
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and manage
