**What We Need**:

- Creative: a drive to understand the earned Media mindset, you thrive on concepting boundary pushing creative that gets people talking.
- Multi-Disciplinary: You can be on a shoot one minute and in the room with a client the next. You can think on your feet, wear a number of different hats and truly aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves in design or copywriting.
- Creativity and innovation: A hunger for all things new. You are fueled by finding out what makes culture and the news cycle. You are across tech and social innovations as well as what’s going on in our industry and creative landscape.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in the development and presentation of integrated, innovative, strategic marketing solutions

- Flexibility: You’ll be comfortable working solo or pairing up and excited by working closely with both country and regional creative leads

**Key Skills**:

- 5+ years creative experience in an Advertising or PR agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates thinking and execution broader than traditional channels
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Great presentation skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset
- The ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
