**About the role**:
This role will conduct detailed research and gather information from a wide variety of sources to assist with resolving and inform decision making on complex HR activities.

**Duties**
- Implementing of best practice approaches to recruitment and providing advice and policy direction to managers and staff on HR policies
- Engaging and working collaboratively to build strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the effective operation of the team, branch and divisional priorities

**Required experience/skills**
- Experience in providing advice and support on recruitment or broad HR experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A high level of motivation, drive and initiative
- Strong communication and project management/organisational skills
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues
