About the role:


This role will conduct detailed research and gather information from a wide variety of sources to assist with resolving and inform decision making on complex HR activities.


Duties

  • Implementing of best practice approaches to recruitment and providing advice and policy direction to managers and staff on HR policies
  • Engaging and working collaboratively to build strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the effective operation of the team, branch and divisional priorities

Required experience/skills

  • Experience in providing advice and support on recruitment or broad HR experience
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • A high level of motivation, drive and initiative
  • Strong communication and project management/organisational skills
  • Ability to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues
